The new PC Gaming Alliance web site design has launched, which pleases me greatly since I helped to define what it was going to be and how it was to be designed. You'll note that Will from Dark Void is there on the top level, looking like the pimp he is.
So a few things about the site and recent happenings within the PCGA itself. First, there's a little editorial from me explaining why Capcom has joined the PCGA and why in particular I've been so active within it. In case you've missed it, I've been named to the board of directors.
Hovakim asked some PCGA questions about how things work from a meetings standpoint within the organization that I took a stab at in the Ask Capcom forum.

A console game character prominently displayed on a site of a group intending to promote the PC platform - am I the only one who sees the irony here? If console ports (even if decent ones) are the best the PC has to offer, it really is doomed.
pktThen again, given that the PCGA has seemingly done nothing in the last year or so, and that companies like Valve or Blizzard aren't even part of it, their uselessness is no surprise.
Do you think you are one of the people who will change that, Mr. Svensson? I definitely hope so.
