I got Monster Hunter Freedom Unite earlier today because my store of choice didn't get it until a day AFTER Gamestop, but that's okay 'cause I had a $30 gift card. Anyway, I get home and find my PSP and what happens... my battery's dead!! So I spend a few minutes searching my room for my charger and started playing. I was curious to see the extent of transferring my MHF2 save to happily see all my armor and weapons still in my box and my item box compressed to only a couple pages. I did a quick run on the Hypnocatrice quest only to see that these new monsters should not be taken lightly.

To wrap things up so I can get back to playing, MHFU is fantastic so far and it can only get better from here since there IS so much stuff I haven't unlocked yet and there's always more monsters to hunt!

Just got around to posting about playing the MHFU demo, which consisted of me just messing around with the new monsters and color variants on the old ones. Even though it wasn't that long I think that Capcom did a great job on showcasing the weapon classes and armor without the tedious task of gathering materials (newcomers might be in for a bit of shock on all the time that you have to put into the game).

But now all I want to do is get my hands on the real thing, but alas I am forced to wait until the 23rd, but MHFU will definitely be worth the wait!
