I believe that tatsunoku vs capcom should come out for the 360 and ps3. i believe that it will be a better experience for players on those systems. the wii version looks amazing but im not going to play it on that system...the controls are terrible for fighting games and they dont support onlie gaming very well wich is the best way to train up. i have played and masterd alot of capcom's fighting games (mvc2, streetfighter2 ect.) and i would love to play tvc also...im sure i would love it...but not for the wii. I can't understand what capcom was thinking when they decide to make it for the wii..cmon seriously .....the wii...are you out of your mind capcom!!! all capcom needs to do is port the original game to these REAL NEXT-GEN consoles and add some online play and your done...instant hit!!! and increased sales!!!And since most hardcore fighting fans play those type of games on those systems.....it just makes sense to open that game up to a wider range of players. and dont get me wrong...the wii is a good system but i just dont want to play fighting games for that system...it has terrible online the controllers a **** and none of my fighting buddy's own a wii(because none of them are 5 year olds).its a system for the casual player not the hardcore(which is the target audience this game is aiming for duh!!!!) so pls capcom do us (your loyal fan base) a favor and make this game for the systems that is was destined for :) p.s. look at the success of mvc2 on 360...think about it!!!!

It's already been stated that this game was intended to be a Wii exclusive from the very beginning. The game was built around the Wii's architechture specifically. (Yes, even the arcade version.) So bringing this game to other consoles would require building it from the ground up which is something Capcom does not want to do. They would much rather spend the time making a sequel, instead of making the same game twice. You won't see any TvC: Ultimate All Stars on any other consoles. Don't judge the online before you play it. I suggest buying a Wii & buying the arcade stick for it. I bet you won't even realize that you're playing the Wii.

The classic controller works great for fighting games. Samurai Shodown anthology is a blast to play on the Wii. So is Guilty Gear. Also the Wii's online isn't terrible altogether, Mario Kart for example works waaaaay better for me than some games on Live. Theres just been a price drop, maybe you should pick up a Wii.

Gary, you're making waaay too many assumptions about the Wii (all of which are dead wrong). I've played Cross Generation of Heroes (the version of TvC that came first) and I can assure you that there's nothing wrong with the Wii's controls in terms of fighting games, especially if you're using a classic controller (it's just like playing with an SNES controller, which if you may remember worked excellently for Street Fighter II). And this game is not coming to the PS3/X360 for the very reasons that TwiGGy said. It's just not cost effective to remake the game from scratch. This game was optimized for the Wii, simple as that. If you're really so anti-Nintendo and/or anti-Wii, then I guess nothing we say is going to convince you, and quite frankly, I don't understand why so many people that are so-called "hardcore gamers" have these negative preconceived notions about the Wii. It's just as much of a "real" Current-Gen console (not Next-Gen, none of these systems, including PS3 or X360 are Next-Gen because they're already out, so your gaming terminology is incorrect) and it really upsets me that so many gamers out there constantly rag on it. But then again, it seems like hating on Nintendo has been the "cool" thing to do for the past few console generations.

No one is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to play with the Wiimote/nunchuck. The game works with the GC controller, classic controller and an official fight stick has even been confirmed. So your argument is invalid there.
Wii's online isnt even that bad. Brawls was terrible, which I'm assuming youre judging from (like everyone who says Wii online is bad), but games like Mario Kart, The Conduit, Beatles Rockband and apparently Madden 09 have great online.
There will be a wide range of gamers, as practically everyone owns a Wii, and since it got a price drop and black version will be released soon, even more will get it. |

Requesting a TvC version for 360/PS3 its a waste of time. The game IS WII EXCLUSIVE, wherever you like it or not. If you want to play it, get a Wii and buy the game. If you don't want a Wii, don't cry for the game. Period! It's a shame that so many 360/PS3's "hardcore gamers" are so blind about the Wii console and the good games that are in it. Seriously... |

I wouldn't mind PS3 fanboys asking for a great game from the Wii to come to their console as well, but do they always have to bash on the Wii every time they ask?... Does it make you feel better to rag endlessly on how "bad" the Wii is?... Do you think the Wii does not deserve good games?... |

^^^ I feel you. It always annoyed me when someone wanted a ps3/360 game(like SFIV and MvC2) to come to the wii but some 360/ps3 owner would say something along the lines of "shut the #@%@up, wii sucks, you should've gotten a better system". Well now that wii owners have something they dont TvC and now they b#@$h and moan about it. It just makes me want to say "shut the @#$%@ up, you suck, bet a better system". But Im kind at heart and do my best to refrain from profane lang. You may not be one of them, but when people continuously bring things like this up, things can get ugly. Just letting you know, though you prob already do.

The 360/PS3 do not need TvC because they have MvC2 so it is fair for all systems to have one entry in the versus from capcom. |
