Well, he was joking about the 12 million copies selling & the write-in. But if you keep showing support, perhaps Capcom will consider making another Rival Schools game. Or at least get the original PS1 game added to PSN.

Odds are since TvC is a Wii exclusive franchise, if it sold incredibly well and people begged for a series to be brought back, WiiWare and the VC would be where I would bet for any series to return first and foremost. Perhaps if it sold well on wii it might get ported to the others, or it might just get ported shortly after the Wii version is released.

It's more like Tatsunoko's popularity rather than the amount of copies purchased. Moreover, it should be the amount of money they can spend from taking another chance with the franchise.

If you think about it, almost everybody with a wii is going to get this game, it was the best in E3 and there is a few figthing game in wii and this one look really solid, also the game have a great roster and of course the new character complete the party, so is going to be a great game with great sales, so is possible to think this game is going to sell a few millons of copies.

I hope capcom give a chance to Rival school, is a great game, but always bother me  the fact that capcom US screw really bad the fun in RS Project justice, i mean in japanese version there was a cool mini game to create your own character and in the US that feature was taking away for a strange reason. Well no need to worry about that now i believe :P.

I think they would need to put PJ out (for DL)...and it would depend on the sucess rate of that digital release if they were to ever release another RS sequel?


 


 


And why is there a RS/PJ thread in the TvC forum? Is TvC this dead in here?
