Hi. here is a resumer of my probleme with the game Street fighter 4 on the PS3 console. 1st step : Start the game 2nd step : Go to arcade mode 3rd step : Choose a character and start playing against the computer 4th step : After completing a couple of levels , loading screen will freeze and so does the game. 5th step : Have to quit and restart the game. 6th step : This process is repeated every 5 minutes. Even online , even in training mode. Every time a loading screen apears their is a 25% chance that the game freeze.
My CD is NOT scratched. Mint condition. My PS3 has no defects , I own 6 different games and no problems ever occured on any of them. Please make a new patch with a loop system for loading maps and menus. So that when loading fails, after a certain amount of time loading process redo itself. Please help me ! ( if video is needed , just let me know )

Have you tried playing the game on another PS3 just to be sure that the issue is with the software. I understand that your PS3 plays your other games but in my experience it is common that only one game not work when consoles begin to fail. It starts with one then another and so forth. To be sure that it isn't the hardware try the game out on another PS3 (like your friend's) and see if it does the same thing. If it does then get the game exchanged from where you bought it from, if not then you can send the game to us & we will exchange it for you.  Randy Reyes Capcom Support & Part Time Agent of Order |

I am now having this same problem as well, it started a month after i bought the bundle costume pack. Even though i have owned the game since its release date capcom. will re-issue another one to me? The game is in perfect condition with no scratches or fingerprints and is the only one to malfunction while playing. |
