I just got the PC version of SF IV. The game always crashes when I change any of these setting in the PC Settings options menu:
Antialiasing Full Screen Display V-synch Frame Rate Aspect Correction
All the other settings below that I can change just fine. Other than changing those the game runs fine. I would like to get higher frame rates but the game crashes during the above actions.
Anyone have the PC version with the same problem(s)? I know I have enough power to get around the 50-60 range; med settings. Whats hindering my gameplay is I cant turn off V-synch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Vista 32-bit; DX 10 Centrino 2 C2Duo T9400 @ 2.53ghz ATI HD 3650 2056MB RAM 4GB DDR2 @ 800mhz
