RE5 psn leaderboard rank deleted?

I hadn't played versus for 2 weeks due to my ps3 crashing, but I started playing again today and when I checked the leader boards I was ranked 148 on the village on team slayers.

I played a few matches and when I checked again my rank was completely gone. I noticed the player above me was gone too.

I worked hard to get my rank, I always played fair and never cheated.
I just want some answers.
Could it have been a glitch, a mistake or have I done something wrong?

I checked the leaderboards again today and I'm still deleted. :(


I just don't understand why I am being punished after all of my hard work.

Anyhow, if you havnt played in awhile.


My vote is for being gone for so long, since you last left off leader boards have update and your now lower ranks?


I don't play RE online and don't pay to much attention to news of it, so just wait for Double_r.  Few of guys are not in office next few days. So i'm really limited on who I can ask this week. =/

You see, it couldn't have been from me not playing for 2 weeks.
Versus is scored by how many rounds you play(10pts or 25 per win) and so I would only drop by a few since I was ranked so high.
I checked my rank that day and I was around 147.
So I won 3 matches and went back to check my rank and myself and the player I remember being 1 rank above me were deleted completely from the board.

I am now back in the 4000s because I'm trying to get back up there.
But it still makes me sad that my hard work was erased with no explination, especially since I always played fair.

I have other top players who could confirm that I was at a high rank.

Really in 2 weeks of not playing, and ur itlest still listed.


You likely fell in rank, guy above you could have went up or down.


 


Its likely when you loaded up, it remember where you last where, after you played a round it updated to your new status.

Thankyou for trying your best to help.

But because of the way versus's ranking works, and that the leaderboard is online-Its just crazy and near impossible for me to suddenly go from the 140's to completely gone in 10 minutes.

It happened to a player I met last night too, so I'm wondering if it was an accident.

I've decided to try all over again, but it's just disappointing.

If anything is found out please let me know.
I'll look around to see if anyone else had the same problem and have them report here.
