For instance in your example the person had 100 points, bid 50 so he has 50 left.  He gets outbid so wants to bid 70 now so he can be winning again.  He's already bid 50 (which are still attached to the item) so when he clicks saying he wants to bid 70 the system only takes the extra 20 out of his points.  Leaving him with 30 points left over.

Also, I thought I'd just mention this in case anyone forgot, but I'd like to see things like alt costume DLC codes in the purchase/auctions/raffles. If it's possible...

That would be a great idea! And there are a lot of prizes! This is little compared to what will be in stored for the future items!

This is an awesome idea, it would be really cool to have that.

I'm not sure if I won a past raffle or not. I got an e-mail saying "Congratulations! You've won a raffle!", which was sent by "do-not-reply@capcom-unity.com". The content of the email didn't say much, just "Onesite. [Message]" and an option of not being notified again. Also, on my dashboard, it lists the raffle item in question under the "prizes redeemed" list. All of these things obviously point to having won the raffle, but I don't know how much longer I should be waiting, or even to check if it was sent or not.
