Do you have a devianart acct because earlier today when I looked up Seong mina, I viewed an animation of her cuting several people and it seemed to bare a striking resemblance to your art style.

some people don't seem to know that Street Fighter's special moves were base on moves from mangas like Hokuto No Ken , Kinnikuman or Jojo's bizzare adventure ( Rose).

as for how the Street fighters do their speical moves ( with some expections) they do them the same way Kenshiro does his moves in Hokuto no Ken they use Ki.

edit: just about every nearly special move in street fighter was inspired by moves from Hokuto no Ken. even the wreslter Zangief's design is base off a character from Hokuto no Ken

from the top of my head Kenshiro has done the following a projectile that looks like deejays air slash, a torando kick, lighting kicks, something that looks simliar to Gens rapid hands speical and a force field that looks like the one Oro does in one of his win poses.

note it's kind of sad that people think Kenshiro only has one move which is hundred crack fist , when in fact he has many more moves then that.
