AMAZING how far our science has come. If we don't die (cross your fingers) and this actually works (assuming that the mini black hole won't evaporate due to Hawking Radiation) and they are able to some how harness this power, this will open up some crazy opportunities for the future of the human race, if they find anything. Either that or it might open up some crazy-a** portal that will bring forth Armageddon and we'll have to fight off dragon riding demons, zombies and other nasties. LOL.
