I just got that reply the other day. And yes, I got the same response when I called the number they gave. I won't cancel my card over this, yet. It is a bit frustrating though. They make various promises they either fail to deliver or deliver, but with issues... |

Well on Thursday in another thread Sven said he would have somebody look into it. Haven't heard back from him though. They have fixed the points for me in the past but this just keeps happening...

for the record, I have spent $1177.49 with the card since my points last updated on May 18th (I have the statement to prove this). So according to my math that should net me 5887 points

quite a few from what I gather. I have some money left on the card, I'm just going to use it up and cancel it rather than refill it. it's a shame, I really like the card and the other benefits that you get with it but the bottom line is that I'm not going to pay a monthly fee for something that does not deliver what it promises. Oh well, I should just stop complaining because, as you pointed out, nobody cares anyway! lol
