I too, haven't received any points for about a month now, maybe more. I've lost count since I last talked to the Capcom guys. (edit: this was back in June)

I wonder what's going on. It's like everything just broke after I contacted the reps about getting points retroactively.

I'm considering just cancelling it because I haven't been getting any points in a long while. This thing hasn't paid for itself yet since I got it back in March. Shame.

Well, in all fairness, it is something new that hasn't been tried before (linking a rewards program to forum software).

They have tried to help me in the past, but overall, in all honesty, I would have to say that I'm quite dissatisfied with the service considering how it has been working (or not working in this case).

Cash back is nice, and so is 5% off in the Capcom Store, but honestly, after all of those transactions, the cash back hasn't yet paid for the card (like I said before). Plus the monthly fee added on top of all the other fees is not helping.

It might sound trivial to some people, but the thing that bothers be the most is that the Unity Points have not been credited correctly. There were 2-3 months where I was loading & spending money on my card and I rever recieved anything from that time peroid (this is what Capcom support was trying to help me with), but ever since then I haven't recieved any of those points or any points for the last month or so.

It was a nice gesture, and it may come with being an early adopter, but what I'm saying is the bad outweights the good in this program (so far). Plus, in terms of spending the points, there have been a few nice items in the auction/raffles like the Inafune-signed goods and a couple others, but I have yet to see anything really desirable (e.g. items in the purchase section such as DLC).

I wish I would have stumbled across this thread a week earlier...

I just received my Rewards Card yesterday and linked it to my Capcom Unity account. I was going to use the 5,000 points to bid on some auctions that are ending next week (after all, Snow kept egging us to get a card if we want to get in on the auctions), but if it's taking a month to get the points, then that's pretty ridiculous, it almost seems like a ploy. I would never have gotten the card. (I didn't notice the $4.95/mo fee until after I sent for the card either...)

I figured it would be nice to have a card instead of pulling out cash every month, and also get points for doing it that way, but if this is how the program truly works, then it may not be long before I end up cancelling it.

Finally cancelled the card.  Very disappointed to have paid for this card for 6 months only to have it never deliver what it promised.  This has got to be my worst experience with a credit card, ever.  Oh well, looks like it's back to regular credit cards for me.

You know, I was considering getting the Unity Card before, but now, I don't want to even look at it.
