So a fellow Live user, BIGAPPLE3AM, has brought something to my attention.  He has found a leader-board that BTHR Zero X set up via mygamercard.net.  This leader-board isn't anything complicated and is very easy to sign up on.  If you are interested visit the Capcom-Unity leader-board at this link: http://www.mygamercard.net/clboard.php?id=DmNsmgYE

Street Fighter 4 is coming out very soon.  If I can get enough people interested I'd like to create a group/Live leader-board here on the group's front page or in the group forum section.  Unfortunately, I'm more of a writer than I am a techie so I'm going to need somebody to help me keep track of this.  I'm not even sure how to approach this.  Please, if anybody has any ideas please leave them in the comments below or in a PM to me.  Also, if anybody is interested in helping shoot me a PM.
