Well I finally finished Bionic Commando on Normal Difficulty and I have to say that the game is quite enjoyable. I did find the "Invisible Death Walls" annoying, but nothing I could avoid after awhile and get used to. Currently I'm playing the game on Commando so I can get the trophy for beating the game on Hard and Commando. Besides trying to get the "beat the game as this difficulty achievement" I'm also going to getting all the collectables and challeneges which saddly, I was missing only six challeneges when I first beat the game.

Well this is basically OLD NEWS, but I'll say something about it anyway. Bionic Commando Rearmed for the PS3 recently got patched to include Trophy support. The only down side to this is that you HAVE to DELETE your old BCR save file in oder for the trophy system to work. Don't worry, it shouldn't take you that long to beat the game again. In fact I beat it within a few hours. I think I only spent like 4 - 5 hours playing the game before I beat it. If you beat the game before the patch on normal, you will notice that the game will be a bit easier now. For one, you now have Infinite Lives on Easy and Normal Difficulty. Secondly, if you die from falling or from spikes, you will respawn at the last point you were on solid ground. This combined with Infinite Lives really makes the game easier. And to be honest. Even thou I beat the last level of the game pre-patch without dying once (Which was hard by the way). I found myself being more careless this time around because I knew that if I died, I could come back a infinite number of times. Oh well, atleast Hard Mode and Super Hard Mode (Or what ever it is called) does not have the infinite life business nor the fall death thing.

The one thing that did suck about deleting my save file, was that I lost all the bonus / extra content for Bionic Commando for the PS3. Oh well, atleast I re-unlocked everything again using a very helpful video guide on youtube.

So today I was with my parents going out to places like Gamestop, Target, Academy, Wal-Mart, etc, you know, just checking out the places near by us. While I was at the Gamestop near my house, I noticed that they were having a huge sale on several of their $59.99 dollar video games. One game in particular was Bionic Commando for the PS3 which gamestop had on sale for only $19.99. My parents approached me while I was looking at the game and asked me what I wanted for my Birthday which is coming up next month. I explained to them that I really don't want them to spend alot on me. They proceed to ask me what I wanted, and I told them I was thinking about getting a few little things I need, like the 13th and last volume I need for my Megaman NT Warrior Manga collection, and maybe an AC Adapter for my NES. I was thinking about getting Bionic Commando for my Birthday, but I didn't know if I really wanted to get it for $59.99. Well to my surprise, my parents knew I wanted this game and decided it would be cheeper to get the game brand new for $19.99 then for the normal price of $59.99. I tried to insist that they didn't have to get me it (Just because I'm nice and don't really care either way). But they got me the game anyway as an early birthday present. Woot!

Gametrailers.com has recently release their review of Bionic Commando for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The game was given a overall score of 7.7 out of 10.

From what I've seen of the game, it looks pretty KA and worth getting in my opinion. Of course I haven't played the game yet so I don't really have a valid opinion yet. I'll probably get this game later on this summer when I have some more money. Until then I will just have to sit back and play Bionic Commando Rearmed.

So I finally got the time to play and beat Bionic Commando Rearmed from the PSN and I have to say, Bionic Commando Rearmed is one awesome game. After beating the game I went back and collected all the extras for the new Bionic Commando game coming out, and all I have to say is I am pumped and ready for May 19th.
