Hey Zack & Wiki fans I got a question for you guys. Is Zack & Wiki too childish for anyone over the age of 14 in your opinion?

Good question, and I am aware that first impressions could give that idea.

However, being 17 myself, and having played it and loved it, the answer is a resounding NO.

Not a rude no, mind you. Just a very frustrated no, and I have to deal with that sort of first impression every time I tell someone about it.

To put it frankly: This game is amazing.

Also, considering it's one of the few "hardcore" games I have gotten my father to play (the other being Eternal Darkness), again, the puzzles are hard enough for anyone.

I'm not necessarily "old," but I am over 14 haha. My wife and I love it. It's an all-around fun to play game.

It's far too hard to be seriously called childish.

It is a bit immature, but I have to admit I couldn't help enjoying the sheer charm and I am over 14. The difficulty is high too. Almost like Viva Pinata. Too cute for adults, too difficult for kids.

This game is so hard for kids, the puzzles are really good and some of them are complicated, so Z&W is NOT for childrens

I'm 35. :o  Anyways, the game is great.  It's not too cute or childish what so ever. (It can be annoying though.)

It was a refreshing change in a sea of the same.  I was kind of hoping for a true graphic adventure -- like the ones I played decades back, with a great story to follow, but it's more about the puzzles.

The visual approach is top notch and my personal favorite style with its painterly/animation look.

Nope.

I'm 21 and I love it to bits. I like the graphical style, the puzzles. If you like games, you should give this game a chance. Look beyond the "cutesy" look. It's a great game.

Hate Wiki's guts though. Zackuuuu!!!

In my experience, kids don't dig puzzle games... they keep pestering grown-ups to help them at every turn and whatnot.

If they were thinking about catering kids with this... whew!

"Next-Gen consoles (Xbox 360 & PS3) are simply that, what came "next". That is, they're merely a continuation of what came before. You play games the same old way, using a similar control scheme. New-Gen consoles (Wii) aren't required to use new technology to be new. They can use old technology but in a NEW way. And that's the difference between Next and New gen"--Meristation
