My son and I have cleared all four puzzles on the Barbaro's Castle level, but we can't unlock the last puzzle.

It says our clear rate is only 50%, but we got "Unpuzzleable" on all the levels. Do we need to get even more HQ somehow?

We need two pieces of Barbaro to finish him, but it won't let us do any new missions. We've done a bunch of them over again; it's getting frustrating.

Thanks, I've already read several FAQ/walkthrough pages, including that one.

Thing is, we are not having trouble with any of the puzzles. It simply will not unlock the next room, and there's no real indication of why, other than the mysterious "50% clear rate" information.

We've already replayed all the puzzles to get close to max HQ and make sure we uncover hidden treasure.

This seems like a fatal flaw in the game if one can become utterly stuck, with no hint on how to advance, after solving all puzzles with highest rating.
