Yes, León and Krauser were in a country of south america,but for to search an drugs boss in Operation Javier. This is only a part of much stories in the Darskide Chronicles, my idea is not drugs problem. south America is not jungle only we have regions of mountains calls Los Andes and the villages are poor but many companies come to exploit minerals and fuels of the soil and these companies have facilities and machineries like a Umbrella.

I work in software, so believe me when I say that it is highly doubtful that they can't patch the game code. Take a gander sometime at just how big the .exe of any given pc game you own is. That's the game code. The rest of what's installed is just content. 3d models, textures, etc. In short the "code" they can't patch, probably doesn't amount to more than 10 mb, and that's being fairly generous. Heck, they could download an entirely new exe instead of patching. It could be a stand alone application and merely require the presence of the street fighter 4 disc to actually do anything. There are many ways around this problem, none of which Capcom will attempt.
